AxoMem's digital twin platform is general-purpose technology. We focus initially on four areas — healthcare, IoT and edge, infrastructure and operations, and security and buildings — but the same real-time engine, 3D visualisation and edge intelligence apply across industries, or can be used to build datascapes of your own. Healthcare
In healthcare, AxoMem's technology has run for multiple years as a data-integrated 3D digital twin in one of Singapore's largest tertiary acute care hospitals, giving clinical and operations teams a live, navigable 3D view over their operational data. AxoMem provides general-purpose digital twin platform technology and does not market, sell or position its software as a medical device.
Healthcare solutions are built on the platform using the xPatient template — reusable, healthcare-specific scaffolding, data patterns and structures — with xScape providing the 3D (and optional VR) operational interface and the xBase graph engine integrating live data at scale. AxoMem staff have also contributed as named co-authors on peer-reviewed research led by hospital, clinical and health-economics partners.

IoT & edge
For IoT, OT and edge operations, AxoMem's xWorld Remote provides device management and integration with control systems and sensors, with full Linux systemd integration. It brings analytics to the edge — running edge video analytics on Thor-class hardware so decisions are made at the device on real-time data rather than transporting everything to the cloud.
Because the xBase graph engine is architected to run part of the graph and most server services on edge devices — with GPU acceleration on Jetson-class hardware where available — the same platform spans from a single edge device to a central server, keeping latency low where it matters.

Infrastructure & operations
For infrastructure and operations, the Substrata template turns datacenter, networking and edge estates into digital twins. It provides reusable patterns for modelling and managing physical and virtual infrastructure — representing the whole stack, from edge devices through to central infrastructure — for monitoring, orchestration, resilience and self-healing.
Substrata supports consistent management paradigms that scale from far edge to hyperscale core, and the platform's own engineering adds reliability and resilience capabilities backed by Infrastructure-as-Code deployment templates.

Security & buildings
For security and physical operations across large, complex sites, AxoMem builds a navigable 3D digital twin of the building or campus and layers spatial monitoring over it. The Axoverse Studio Asset Management module extracts assets and structured digital twin data — geometry, classifications and metadata — from large Revit/BIM projects, so the twin reflects the real building.
This asset extraction was built on experience with 1000+ bed hospitals and is reusable across other large-scale buildings, manufacturing facilities and comparable complex sites. It ships with a library of pre-built 3D objects and full building models for common Hospital, Hotel and Office Building scenarios.

Build your own datascape
The Axoverse platform is modular and general-purpose: teams can model any assets, processes and behaviours as a datascape and integrate their own live data. If your use case does not fit neatly into one of the areas above, the same building blocks — the xBase graph engine, xScape 3D visualisation, Axelle AI/ML and edge intelligence — still apply.
